Ocean star is an approved Oil Spill Response Agent by China MSA, and it's permitted service area covers all main ports of China. All selected local oil spill response companies within our service
network have passed Tier 1 qualification approved by China MSA. Ocean Star have swift oil spill
rescue ability Ocean star have swift oil spill rescue ability, be able to provide a ‘professional, security, quality, efficient’ ship oil spill pollution clean-up service. We are competent to coordinate with P&I and Local MSA office to overcome any oil spill incidents on behalf of our clients efficiently and
